Intercostal Capital and Bankers Escrow Group Inc..

The Company (also known as BIG) was formed for the

following residential and commercial activities:

• Origination and servicing of trust deeds on real property
• Purchase and servicing of trust deeds on real property
• Origination and placement of trust deeds on real property for FNMA, FHLMC
  and other conventional wholesale poolers
• Construction and takeout commitments for builders and developers

BIG was incorporated in February of 1988 in the State of California. BIG is licensed
by the Department of Real Estate in the State of California. BIG does business thru
out California and nationally thru it’s correspondents.
